I wish mine would be more directive at times....he is directive, if you will, about interpretations, but I'm like tell me what to DO - not just why I'm doing this or that! He's all about autonomy blah and I know he can't just tell me what to do but he could help me more with coping skills. Or just reinforcing the importance of what I already know would be nice.....But let's face it - it would help if I was more brutally honest with my T, I'm sure. He doesn't know a lot of important stuff. That is just not acceptable as I've known him for almost a full year now
