Last session with T tomorrow...

I'm giving her a card and painting...

I found this song two weeks into therapy with her...

I feel it really relates to me, and this is going to sound a bit weird...

I'd like to record me singing it and have her listen to it if she wants in the session...

What do you think about this?

I really need honest opinions please.

Thank you

I think you should do it. If you don't, you will probably regret not following your heart. I am a firm believer in not leaving things left unsaid when it comes to sharing my heart with important people in my life. I have lost 4 significant persons in the past 6 years, including my former T, and I have much peace and comfort knowing that I didn't hold back on expressing my feelings for any of them.

Wow. I have never thought about it like that - I guess I don't know what I have until it's gone.

I am so sorry for your losses, especially of your former T, I can't imagine how hard that must be. I wish you all the best, and I'm sending all my love

I think I will have her listen to it, otherwise I think I'll walk out of there, never to see her again, or hear her voice, and I'll regret it so much. Thank you ever so much.

You are so very welcome. Let us know how it goes. And thank you for your hugs and love.
