I'm sorry to hear that you are in the situation where you can not seek out help.

Is there a church or synagogue that you could go to in order to see a counselor? I know that those are not always the best option but it may be a good way to gain a bit of support, someone to talk to, and maybe find a supportive community among the people who worship there.

I do hope you are able to find someone to connect with. Let us know how it goes. Reach out here as well. Many here can be a support to you as well.

Have you checked to see if there are any support groups in your area for your particular issues?

Or exploring different charities that might provide very low fee counselling?

Self help books could help you. There are so many out there for different illnesses/situations. If you could say exactly what it is you need to work on I could suggest a few books that may be helpful? Is it just depression?

You are also welcome to post here on the PC forums. There is a forum for depression. Everyone here is very supportive and you will find many people willing to help and lend support.
