I wish I could have 90 minute sessions again.
I also wish that my T would answer all of my emails.

I started to say my T would not have moved out of state.... but no, I can't really say that. Because I wouldn't trade the progress that I've made since we started having phone sessions for having her in town again. Wow, I've really grown a lot haven't I? My mental health has become more important to me than she is. I think she'd be proud of me if I told her that. So, I would not change anything about my therapy.

I wish I could see my T. every week instead of every month. Actually, someone just moved away, and T. gave me that slot (every other week). Just started this.
Also, T. used to hug me. For some reason she stopped. I wish she would give me a hug every secession. It's rare that anyone ever touches me. That touch I found so comforting.

I would change to face to face sessions instead of online.

1) I would pretty much have therapy every day all day (like at least 2 or 3 90 minute sessions a week).2) I would have her touch me more and be closer to me. I love her everything is just always too crazy to get everything in so I wish we could cover every detail of what I want to tell her.

LCM adopts me. Oh something realistic? I wish I could see her in person more. Calling is okay but I really need to see her face and feel her touch. I love it when she rubs my back. I love it when she touches my scars to make sure they're healing. I love her.

As painful as therapy can be sometimes, I would not change one thing! I now understand why T does the things he does. His process works. I just have to be patient and things will continue to improve.

I'd just engage in the Vulcan mind meld instead of all this messy processing and talking. A solid 90 seconds and I could absorb all her wisdom and experience in a nonthreatening way. We'd read minds and be done, melded and whole.

Longer sessions! Whoever came up with 45-50 minutes?? That is just not long enough...

Frequency to 4 days a week....
