Today I am grateful that I had a wonderful time at the beach with my daughter and my grandchildren.
I am also grateful for the swimming pool.
I am grateful that I know how to swim.

Just getting home from my therapy appointment (and some errands), I'm feeling very thankful for my T.

That I got an A in calculus and have some time to relax without feeling like there's something I HAVE to be doing this second.
Thanks for this!

Chatter with my bff. Just told her about the possibility of recommendation where moving is concerned. The conversation was more than that, however. Deepness to it, as she's reflected on the history of the past decade plus, current predicament, my children, that type of talk.

Yesterday I swam again and I felt good.
My T for letting me stay 10 minutes over.
My daughters and grandchildren.
My H for not making me feel ashamed.

I'm grateful that the guy at Panera gave me a giant free cup of coffee and that I think it's making me feel more "normal." I hardly ever consume caffeine because it messes with my stomach if I drink it regularly, so when I do have caffeine, it seems to have a pretty noticeable effect on me. It makes me feel more alert and more "alive." Too bad I can't get the same effect by drinking it every day.

Also grateful that I found a Groupon for a dentist offering $1000 off braces and got my impressions made yesterday. I don't know how I'm going to pay for it, but this dentist isn't requiring a huge down payment like the other one, so I'll just have to figure out the monthly payments. I can't wait to be rid of this stupid snaggle tooth. It makes me feel like I have to isolate myself from humanity because, when I talk to people, all they see is my crooked tooth.

That I cancelled the next 3 appointments.
I should not have rescheduled today as it was a disaster.

I guess I'm grateful that I haven't hurt or attempted to kill myself today. Still breathing.

Feeling very grateful for my loving partner who sticks by me no matter what. Also for nightly intimacy that helps tremendously with stress and depression! If this continues happening, I may lose interest in continuing therapy!
