i finally have a t that is gonna help me with my anger issues...... shes going to find out if there are any anger management groups and if not she used to run an anger management group she said she will help me... also shes gonna try and get me in an all womens bipolar group to

Sounds like a great therapist. Maybe she will head the support group. Great news!

Those groups should be really helpful. I wish I could find a women's bp group.--Suzy
