I currently have 2 T's and it works out well when I see one one week and the other the next week. I also have weekly group with one of my T's.

Used to see mine 5 times a week and weekends if i was in crisis

The patient's job is to repeat in the therapy all the stuff that has been disastrous before. The T's job is to not let it happen, but to point out how it is happening.

I see mine 2tines a week for an hour each time. Evey 4-6 weeks we also spend 2 hours at a karate studio working on the physical release of stuff.
