Sometimes things get a bit too intense in the room. That's when I go quiet and look at the floor and fidget. Luckily t knows how to ask questions to get me talking again. Hate being deaf and having to look at him to lipread though! But he has kind eyes.

I had my first session tonight after the break. It was lovely to see her again and not too intense. We connected easily. I think the work is learning to tolerate the intense moments, learning that it's ok to be attached to someone. Maybe one day I won't freak out about it.
