Yes you guys have an email agreement but your T still has the right to decline to answer right there. I wanted to ask my T something and was scared too, she said "you can ask an I have the right not answer or to reword it if I want to, right?"

Your T has the right to say she thinks something is best discussed in person, as do you. If she feels it's a great place to start a discussion in session then that is her right. You don't get an answer the way you want it just because she agreed emil wa ok.

I'm sorry this is a long weekend for you. Try thinking about what you want to say on Monday and how to be productive in session rather than fizzing about your agreement and all she did wrong.

I never said I had a problem with her choosing not to answer. Yes I would have preferred it but I didn't say I was mad about it or that she didn't have a right to choose not to respond. I kind if agree it's an in person discussion, that doesn't mean I'm
Not still anxious about it. My post is more about how to get thru a long weekend with my tendency to worry and blow things out of proportion.

I explained the email agreement in detail bc you guys seem to think I have some nerve asking her for an email reply like I'm asking too much when I haven't asked for anything she didn't agree to.

Hmm. I thought you couldnt hear the no, and i identified with that, and tried to solve THAT problem - how does one come to hear what the other person is saying. Which i think is a big issue in life period.

I guess i got off track cuz people were offering suggestions of things to do, and none of them sat well with you, so i wondered if the premise of, the statement in, the thread title wasnt the problem. I still say, hmm.

Hows that for definitive?

i just noticed you are in ireland now, lol. dublin is a great city. i think distracting yourself is the way to go to not worry and obsess. try to find something you enjoy doing that will help you keep your mind off the worries. be nice to yourself and treat yourself to your favorite things like a good book, movie, ice cream since it's so hot and humid in dublin right now etc.

Lol yes I'll go out and see the sights in Dublin lol. I wish. It's boring where I am and I took a latuda pill and it's made me groggy so I can't drive to the movies and I'm too lazy to walk the three blocks to get there. I'm going to draw with my new pastels and make a mess

drawing with your new pastels sounds great. do you like novels? that takes up lots of time. i just download ebooks from the library to my phone since i don't have an ereader/ipad. just finished a mystery called The Heist by Janet Evanovich. totally light, fun read.

It's something I did years ago while a little drunk. I wanted chilli nuts. I asked the barman if he had hot nuts. Hilarity ensued.
Dublin is home. I miss it.

Well I chickened out and solved my problem with a xnax OD- 3.5 mg at around 7:30 pm, and now I'm awake at 3:10pm still feeling groggy (and determined never to touch Latuda again, ever in my life, I don't care how miraculous its supposed to be.)

Maybe once I shower I'll stumble to the movies.

That's a lot of xanax! Do you mind if I ask what your dose is? Please be careful.

My dose is 2mg a day, but I only take it in emergencies

A) severe panic attack
B) about to hurt myself (imminently suicidal)
C) unable to cope with the crazy side effects of new psych meds like latuda! Lol I thought bugs were landing on my skin all over plus I was restless and groggy but unable to sleep.

When I'm freaked out I take 4mg at once yes I know it's too much. But it doesn't kill me and it lets me live another day.

Thanks! Monday was a good session, today was not so much, bc I was running late and feeling anxious, but at least we didn't fight.
