A few weeks ago, my T and I discussed how I wasn't taking a medication to prevent blood clots, and he told me to call him and let him know when I saw my Dr and told her. Well I saw my Dr on Thursday, but I have so much anxiety over calling him. I don't know how he can help in this situation, and I don't know what to say if he answered. I get so nervous hoping I can just leave a message. I don't see him again until the 5th so I don't know what to do.

If it's very anxiety provoking, can you call at a time he is likely not to pick up? (If office phone, after hours)
