I have met 4 Ts in total. But I am also seeing 3 at the same time....kinda

T1 - I went after my anxiety and other things become too hard to cope with and was unable to function normally. She was very good T and helped me a lot with understanding what is happening to me and why. Unfortunately she was pregnant and after cca 4 months of therapy left for maternity leave. She came back after 5 months but we never connected enough to start trauma work and I terminated.

T2 and T3 - They are my group therapists. I started group when my T1 was on maternity leave and I am still going. They are both great and helpful. I saw T2 also individually for few sessions but she did not have experience with trauma so I did not continue with her.

T4 - Individual therapist I am still working with. She uses body therapy and we are working on the trauma stuff. She is not as good as T1 but I have better connection with her and she seems closer and more "there" with me. Which at this time is more important.

I am trying to decide if my childhood T counts. I think I saw her twice.

I lost count at 30. Some I remember name, some face, some name and face, and I know there are some I have forgotten. I'd say 40 or so.

T1: 2013 she was an art therapist with my school but left shortly after my first session. I went in to talk about relationship issues and she was available that day so she took me. But she kept trying to make me "draw my feelings' and I desisted, because art therapy is just not my thing.
T2: 2014 Feb-Nov I absolutely love my current T and she's also with my school. I'm terminating in Nov though because I'll be graduating and I don't think I can handle it!

I didn't see the "Too Damn Many!" option, so I didn't vote!
