I'm sitting outside so scared face him after sending that list. And after a tough couple of days I'm honestly a mess....

Kind thoughts for courage please? I need it.

You can do this! This is the path towards healing. I know it's scary. I know it's absolutely terrifying. But you can do this!

T is just waiting to help you. You just need to meet him halfway. You will feel relieved that you did this.
Thanks for this!

You will be ok. You can do this . I did it. Yes you will have jitters , but it will pass. While you are waiting to be seen you can post something on here to distract yourself.

That was not good! I cried almost the entire session, apart from when I checked out and became spacey, because of the situation at university.........and barely touched on the list!!

I can't stand this!

Thanks for the kind thoughts

Do you see T again next week? Maybe you just needed to cry-nothing wrong with that. I think that showing strong emotion in a session actually helps T understand where you are. Maybe it helps him prep for next time, to be more sensitive to how you are doing.
Thanks for this!
