Well, I sent her a text explaining what it is that I was so scared of telling her. She hasn't responded yet. Ugh.

I can totally relate to this as I have had a lot of similar wrangles. Your T won't think badly of you! Therapy is hard and painful at times and it's normal to feel a kind of push/pull about it. Your T is on your side and the thing to try and keep in mind is that the scaredness isnt coming from your T. It's within you - your T can help you with it, and you don't have to talk about things unless you want to.

I am always freaking out and wanting to cancel and quit, so I really sympathise. My T and I have a deal: I don't cancel, I only reschedule. If I say I'm not coming he knows to ignore it as I always do!
