Have never had to apologize to a Therapist before but I think that the reason why is because I don't think I have ever done anything that I needed to apologize to, if there ever was something that I thought I needed to apologize to I would do it.

Feral kitty I so wish I could do what you suggest but the thought of doing so gives me a really tight feeling inside.

It's one extreme or the other for me - I either over-apologise, or don't do it at all.
