homework

ill write about my session in a bit but I wanted to tell about my homework. she rarely gives me homework and this week I have two things. she really wants me to go the maternity floor of the closest hosp and just look at the newborn babies . im not so clear about the second assignment. I think I am suppose to imagine a box and to put all this anger and stuff into it and send it back to the mother where it belongs . it is what she wants me to put in the box that I don't remember very well. I was thinking of writing out what I would put in the box and give it to her

Granite...I think that's a good idea...writing out what you decided to put in the box to send back to your mother. It's a really good mental imaginative image boxing it up and sending it back.

Do maternity wards still allow people to see the babies? I volunteered at a maternity ward and the babies were kept with the mothers unless needed to be checked by the doctor or in the NICU. And the NICU was closed off and locked.

Wow that's a deep assignment with the babies, I don't think I can do it. The anger one is awesome. I have one online. It's an app, it's a box with a key everyday you put something in there. I have it on my desktop.

this was my thought . although I think she means well with this and she wants to show me that babies are complete blank slates when they are new born . that they are not born hating or just angry and bad . unable to love or anything. but she was really adamant that she would like to do this. but I don't think they allow it

Yes I will its awesome its like a chest, I keep them in there, haven't shown them to t yet. Lots of anger and terrible thoughts, you could lock it with a password too.

Makes me think I forgot about my homework. I was supposed to go where children are and observe their needs. Aka, the nurturing I didn't get growing up.

The name of the app is " the worry box" I got it on my galaxy tablet , but I think its available on itunes and windows , you can put any worries and anger ect... it gives you instructions as what to do with it, your t will love it. Other apps which are amazing are ichill and stop panic

I wasn't able to find it for the iPhone, but it sounds fantastic! My T wants me to use the box method as well.
