Would you consider bringing along pocket riders?

I know how you feel. I used to cry almost daily in between sessions and then would be totally fine in session. I would be somber but couldn't cry and still can't. I've even told my T. that I want to have my feeling IN the session and cry IN session. I think I'll slowly get there. It's taken me a long time to trust her and feel that she really won't judge me (my mom issues). I read alot so I tend to come in and talk about the processes, etc but not my feelings. I told her about breaking down one day and she wanted me to go back there and explain my feelings. I kept saying "I think" instead of "I feel". We tried 3 times and I couldn't get back there although she said I was there the first time I explained it. Good luck!
