I don't think of therapy in this fashion. Therapy is not useful for me in terms of goals.

My therapist hasn't asked but I would like to work on my procrastination issues, which are rooted in feelings of Self-worth and confidence (or rather lack there of.) I would like too amp up my Creative output. It's all connected.

I would also like to focus more on codependency stuff which is also connected.

By this time next year if like to have a better professional outlook. Whether that means a new job or more freelance, I'm not sure.

More seriously, of course the change of the seasons is neither artificial nor arbitrary (especially not to a Scandinavian) but that doesn't mean that a year as determined by the Gregorian calendar is necessarily a meaningful unit in terms of therapy. At least it isn't for me - other people probably disagree, but as long as my T is in agreement with me about this matter, I'm satisfied.

I have some goat, but I had planned to make a curry. Besides, for the Swedes, it might have to be herring.
My goal this year is to avoid herring. Both in and out of therapy.
