I dress like I would if I were meeting a friend for coffee: jeans or casual skirt, t-shirt or sweater, weather dependent. A little basic makeup (powder, mascara, maybe lip stuff). My work clothes are only a little dressier.

Usually I put my hair up so I won't play with it.

If I'm going after work to a session, I bring a change of clothes with me. Work clothes are not comfortable and I prefer to be in jeans/cotton pants with a T-shirt and zip up. I just change in the bathroom before I leave work! If anyone asks, I just say I'm going out to meet a friend.

I use foundation to try and correct the horrible bags under my eyes, but that's it makeup wise.

I wear casual clothes. I try to look basically put together because I'm self-conscious that my t will think I'm more depressed or something if I look too sloppy. Sometimes I wear mascara but usually no makeup.

I definitely dress nicer on therapy days. More care w/actual ironing involved, more jewelry, etc

I meet cbt t first thing in the am ….some workdays I just roll out of bed because I shower the night before. On therapy days, I shower in the am also.

Then again I find cbt t very attractive. Nothing would ever come of it--it shouldn't. But the impulse is still there.

I often do like to make myself look nice when I go there. I wouldn't say I dress up, but I wear cute clothes and almost always some amount of makeup (always mascara and lipstick/gloss, sometimes adding eyeshadow, liner, and/or blush). I have no idea why, since my therapist is a 60-ish woman who has never given any sign of noticing my clothes or makeup, but I do it anyway.

Makeup and clothing are things I've gotten into quite recently in my life; I didn't bother much with them for most of my 20s. I guess I've come to feel good looking more "done," and it's more about that than feeling like it's something I have to do.

Whatever I want. If I feel like pajamas then pajamas it is. If I feel like dressing up, then I dress up. Sometimes a little makeup sometimes what I consider whole face. To me whole face is lipstick, eye shadow, eyeliner and the tiniest touch of blush.

I had a T ask me once when I showed up in my nightgown: "Would you go to the store like that?". I answered "Of course not. BUT this is supposed to be a judgement free zone so what do you care?"

Hey sometimes just pulling myself out of bed to go takes everything I have. If I bothered to get dressed then I wouldn't be able to go.

It depends on my mood. Sometimes I'll show up in something as casual as jeans and a t-shirt with my hair in a ponytail, and on other days I'll be wearing a skirt and blouse with my hair curled. So, it varies.

As for makeup, I never leave the house without a full face of makeup. So, I'll still put it on, even if I feel like I'm going to end up crying it off during a session.

I don't wear makeup at all and go around completely bare faced.

Usually I'm in work attire which is usually a formal long-sleeved button down shirt and work pants with dress shoes.

Sometimes though, I'll wear a blouse with a cardigan and very very rarely, a dress and cardigan.

Once in a blue moon, I'll have the day off work, then I usually wear a t-shirt, jeans and sandals.

I dress very casually. T-shirt, jeans, sweats--nothing fancy unless I'm coming from work.

I wear scrubs most of the time because I usually go straight to work after therapy. I don't wear make-up except for here and there...then just mascara. I don't like to wear outfits or different shoes or make-up because my therapist will point it out and it makes me feel weird.

I dress as if I were going to meet a friend, so usually jumper dress, leggings, or skirt and top...I always wear make up and perfume, I would do this even if I wasn't seeing anyone all day. It's important to me to look nice in therapy, though I don't know why! Also, I never wear the same thing twice. Or to work.

Regular clothes, no make-up. Same stuff I wear in normal life.

Clothes. Seriously, I just wear whatever I would be wearing that day normally.

I try to dress nicely. I don't wear much make up at all. Sometimes (like today) I have a lot of trouble picking out clothes which is totally stupid because I am too old to worry about what I'm wearing. Ugh.

I purposefully choose to go straight from work, so that I can go in my suit. I would hate to have to decide what to wear to sessions on a day off from work.

I usually wear what I regard as my "town" clothes, which are those which have no holes in them, and are clean. I have one pair of town trousers, so I have to plan the washing so they aren't in the wash when I need them!

All my clothes are comfortable or I would get rid of them.
I never wear makeup.

I have gone barefoot when it was really hot, and in gumboots/rubber boots when it was flooding, but usually I wear my "town" shoes, which usually have mud on them just from getting to the car at home.
