I don't see personal caring by a T or medical person as desirable or needed. If they provide me with top notch professional caring, concern for what ails me, treatment and follow-through I'll be satisfied.

I'd also strongly prefer it if we cared about each other in a human, John Donne, No Man Is An Island sort of way. But that's how I feel about everyone I choose to spend time with. If they lack that human quality, or if I can't feel it for them, I tend to back away.
