i do therapy twice a week and it has been the most helpful, necessary and good thing i have ever done for myself.

what ever goes for you is fine. you do what you need. don't let people talk you into staying with one session, but don't feel pressured to get more.

It's the self-talk and only focusing on the negatives. That's how you're sabotaging yourself.

You seem to desperately want a T, but you're also coming up with a ton of excuses why all these Ts won't work. You are setting yourself up to not find a T.

My T is the most important person in my life right now. But she not the only important person.

I cannot say what anyone's end goal for therapy is. It's different for all of us and it depends on what were capable of.

I don't understand something: you mention that your diagnoses aren't severe enough for psychiatric care. But you also seem to describe that you're low functioning currently. How is it that you don't qualify for "psychiatric care"? Here in the US, I qualified for disability solely for my depression. Is it different where you're at?
