what do u do
when u really do not want to go to therapy and its more than just lack of motivation its embarresment and shame and fear of everything thats happened and i know yes its not my fault and i dealt with it the only way i knew how but what do i do when i just want to give up when im giving up on T and the whole idea of trying to get better when i just dont think its possible when i just dont see a future when i know that i will always remember it all how am i meant to live with that |

Trudge...Trudge..... You go to therapy and share what you have just shared. Open your heart and your soul and spill it out. It just may help.

i think you be really very gentle with yourself. it might help to share what you have just shared (you could print out your post).
sometimes it can help to take things really slowly and gently. takes some time to build up trust that it is safe to share some of those thoughts and feelings with t. |

you go anyway
even if you don't want to and your stomach churns and your feet feel like lead and your head throbs and your heart aches you go anyway because you deserve to be cared for and listened to and validated and loved you put one foot in front of the other you do the next right thing and you go because you have a beautiful core that is shining and trying to mend your broken heart And you will heal in time So you go
