(((((((((SecretGarden)))))))))))

Thank you. Therapy Kapput

I'm going to go talk to my T's former supervisor tomorrow, and tell him what's up with me. Maybe he can help? I don't know... *sigh* I made it worse too, I spent too much time thinking about T today. Argh. Also spent time with my friends that are leaving soon, that hurt like *bleep*

That is o.k. Canders. I recall when my 1st pdoc retired. I took the day off afterwards and went for a drive around the country and thought of him and cried cried cried. It is alright. Allow yourself this time to grieve. You might wish to talk to someone to work through your grief if not to start up therapy again. Hang in there. Therapy Kapput

I may be starting up therapy again, but it won't (probably) be until September. Better that way, get the summer to cool off and decide if I should waste anyone's time. *sigh*

Not feeling very secure at the moment, a person basically told me I was fibbing about how I really felt today. Made me feel so... worthless, like I'm a big fat liar. Therapy Kapput Maybe he was right though. IDK.

person calling you a fibber? sounds like a passive aggressive butthead perhaps? Your emotions are bound to fluctuate right now from sad to angry to relief to grief and everything from a-z. You are ok....

That's what is scaring me... what if he's right and nothing is wrong with me. That's essentially what the psychiatrist said when I met with him, that my problems weren't BIG enough to have to see him. Argh. My brain is going to drive me bonkers.

Actually, it IS driving me bonkers.

Okay. Emotional fluctuates = normal. Thanks for that Therapy Kapput
