ThingWithFeathers I didn't see it, but can't imagine any content that would require apology (unless you said something real nasty to a particular member). But otherwise, we all have ups and downs and express strong emotions from time to time, about our life or therapy or people of our past, whatever. I think this is what this forum is for. I mean if people here don't get this, are we going to expect people who don't know anything about mental health to get it? No apologies needed.

My only concern would be if you're okay, but other than that, don't worry, and I'm glad you're fine.

If this is not an understanding place of mental health issues and people who are dealing with them, I don't know where is. Most of us could probably relate in one way or another, and many of us have been there ourselves. I didn't see the post but I sure understand the feeling of shame involved with doing something and then feeling the intense shame for my behavior or words after.
No worries, we've all been there and still life goes on.

Yes, he called me when I was at the hospital and spoke to the doctor to advocate for me. I was meant to have an appointment with him today, but he is unwell. I'll see him next week - and my T!

I'm still under the care of the crisis team and well looked after in the mean time. Thanks for asking
