Good to hear the move went well JS. Does that mean no more hiding the wine? Admittedly, I haven't followed the thread as closely :-/

And yes, I hope they find something that is really helpful for you! That would be excellent!
Before I got pregnant with my second baby, I took Cytomel and for some freakish reason is worked! I was technically hyperthyroid but it was the only thing that kept the depression at bay. Well, we wanted another kid and so I had to come off of it (I have a fantastic endo who was more than willing to monitor me and let it be as it was)... and then when I tried to start back post partum it didn't work It hasn't worked since and I'm so so so so depressed.

This sounds horrible, I know it does, but there's this part of me that goes, "Wait, I gave up feeling at least relatively okay for this toddler?!?!" Which I mean, I do love him, I just also feel such despair that I struggle to accept the dialectic of it.

No one knows why it doesn't work now. I was only on it for about 18 months where, so I have to ask my T to remind me that it worked at one point because I've been dealing with severe depression since I was young and then of course, as soon as I came off of the Cytomel. I almost don't believe it was real!

So. Idk. 50mcg of Cytomel worked for me. It's worth a shot if you have trouble.

The shelter gave me a really nice couch and a table and chairs. Now I just have to figure out how to get it into my apartment

And I bought a bigger bottle of wine
Hooray! I hope you will be very happy there.

I had a great session with t this evening. It started out a little weird as in "Ok she's still drinking the wonky-water" cuz she said almost immediately upon answering the phone "can you give me like 2 minutes and then call me back? I need to send a message." I was like oh ok, no problem. (She's never ever done anything like that before.) So I gave her 3 minutes and then called her back and we had a really good conversation, I shared with her some recent revelations and we worked on a few dreams and sorta-kinda talked about termination again pretty much her letting me know that it's going to be up to me to say 'when'. Very positive, upbeat session.

And now I am sleepy and it is time to send myself off to the dream time! Night couch!
Thanks for this!

WOW!! Huge hugs for Nowhere, Granite, and 8888. (((((Hugs))))) Feel better soon!

I'm at work, the kids are out of school today (severe weather make-up day, but we never had severe weather) and it's Friday. Whoopee. . .

Hugs to those who are feeling bad today. May your day get better - and if it doesn't, there's people on the couch to keep you company and listen if you need to vent.

I am feeling pretty good today, in spite of the fact that it is Friday. The weather has been wonderful and sunny for almost a week, I am still feeling positive after my T session yesterday, and work is also going ok.

I think when my eight year old wakes up, I'm going to see if he can keep an eye on his bro while the husband is lying down. Then I can go up to the store and get a few things. Thankfully I've got the old kid's lessons figured out (I homeschool so no rest for wicked there!).

*passes out coffee, tea, etc.*

Hope everyone's doing well so far today. I think I'm coming down with a cold so I'm gonna take it easy this weekend as much as possible.

What's everyone up to the next few days? It's finally turning into spring weather lately. Can't wait to open up some windows once it's finally warm enough to air out the house a little.

I'll take a large coffee, the hotter the better, thanks Kay!

I'm going to play furniture-builder this weekend, my bed's side rail broke and I'm going to replace it with lumber and screws, saws and drills, lions and tigers and bears OH MY!!

I'm handy for working on cars, fixing plumbing problems, and repairs around the house. I'm not skilled, per se, but I can watch a Youtube video and follow directions with the best of them!

I should start packing up to leave work soon. I have to do some housecleaning and bake some cookies tonight. We're having our families over tomorrow to celebrate our birthdays (H's was this week, mine is next week). Mothers, siblings and siblings-in-law, nieces and nephews - at leave fifteen people.

Unfortunately I seem to be dissociating a bit right now, and I'm not quite sure how to deal with that. It's obviously not too bad since I am able to post this, but I need it to go away completely.

Sorry you're going through that Mast, I wish I had some wisdom to offer, but I only realize I'm doing it when I'm finished. Sometimes a loud noise or a threat (like a car honking a horn) will bring me flying back to reality.
