It's OK to treat HUNGER with food.

Thanks CE! I agree, I usually treat my hunger with food, but today was more of a gnawing bottomless pit of hopelessness and despair and not so much a growly tummy. If you know what I mean. . .

I have a bad feeling about this breeder. Cant wuite put my finger on it, but she named a flea and tick treatment as a puppy food. This might just be a typo. I hope it is. Also as soon as she had the deposit all communication ceased. Today i am ringing some vets to check her out. She did respond eventually yesterday with a vague message.

Hello couch. It's been a while.

I've had a hell of a week and I don't know how I do it.

I want someone to cry over me. Is that sad? I sort of feel like no one cries over me and I want them to cry over me.

I may or may not have eaten very little today and am now working on a bottle of wine.

I had to get bloodwork done at the lab today. Now I've got a bunch of broken blood vessels in my arm. Boo.

Is it time to start a new couch? I don't feel qualified yet, if it is.

is it 100 pages? Or 1000 posts?

I was part of a group and we discovered on these boards it's 10,000 pages and the whole thing loses coherency.

whoa.

so much wine.

Grocery store rotisserie chicken for dinner today. I'm so done with this! Emotions leaking, crying at work, feeling like the little girl I used to be who was "so smart, but not living up to potential" was just the icing on the cake.

Why does a kind comment or a disappointed reaction from a coworker hit me like a ton of bricks? Why does snark provoke shame instead of anger? Why the hell do I care so much?

It's time for a Prozac tune-up, I want my numbness back. Couch 90 - nine tee - not nine teen.

Sometimes we get a rotisserie chicken and I make some veggies, rice, and another side. Easy enough. It is what it is.

I don't know. I hate how things trigger shame.

I wish prozac worked for me.

Lets split it one shot for me and the rest of the bottle for you to share with the couch, because one shot would put me *under* the couch!

Thanks JS!
