I think showing her some art would be a brilliant idea if you can get the courage to do it. I always find it excruciating showing my t anything ive done

Yes. I filmed myself talking about something and then showed someone. But I didn't play it back to myself.

When you are ready, you'll find a way.

I wonder if it would help, when trying to write about it in your T journal, to start off by writing "T, I'm not telling you this." For now, it might make it feel safer and the thoughts might come more freely.
