Gosh I slept for nearly 14 hrs! The girls are at their dad's so that ok. At least it was good quality sleep. No dreams where I wake up screaming and crying, like the past couple of weeks. I feel good so that's a bonus.

My daughter is officially off to camp and after initial anticipatory anxiety she was in very high spirits when we left. We did great getting her set.

And NOW I have a kid free week, my first in 10 years. SUCH a novelty, and I feel so.... elated. So much free time, so many less concerns, just the routine stuff, out of the way, and her off having a blast in the great outdoors. So EXCITING.

My inner 15 year old was feeling really emotional and restless all day today, so I took her swimming, and wore the both of us out! I think I'll be sleeping really good tonight. It's something about t moving back, she'll be back in town later this week by she thought thursday or friday, and I think that I am having conflicting thoughts about it. Weird I know. I should be nothing but happy about getting to have my appointments in person again! I think it has something to do with another change in the dynamic of the relationship maybe. I have every confidence in both of us though. We've found our way through worse, after all, and remain a team working on my behalf. I am ready to get to work on that core issue that my recent dream brought to light. We're supposed to talk again on the 20th but I don't know yet if it will be on the phone, or in person, we're kinda playing it by ear for now...
Thanks for this!

The birds here are all looking for nesting sites. Even saw a catbird today. They have cry like a cat or baby. We once went to a local swimmng hole and I got out of the car I thought I heard one and had an argument with the family before I finally relented and agreed it was a baby crying. I so wanted it to be a catbird.

One of my cats somehow got left outside last night, I got up this morning hearing scratching on the back door and thought boy he really wants to go out, but I discovered he was already out and had been all night! Oops! Sorry, kitty! He spent almost the whole day today laying inside the house part of his cat tree in the living room. He finally came out this evening and is laying on the couch next to me now. I bet he won't want to go outside again for awhile!

lol so cute Mandehble

Couch is just a casual spot to banter, vent, hide out, commiserate.... it moves fast so don't feel bad if you don't get replies to posts, keep posting.

And we're moving over soon to the next one, 98! http://forums.psychcentral.com/psych...ly-normal.html
Thanks for this!
