I dont understand why he said those things. I know hes only human but there was no way he could have said that without there being hostility behind it. I think. I feel sick. It shouldnt bother me this much should it. He knows I worry about what he thinks of me. Why would he callme names. Im really not doing very well right now.

I send caring thoughts your way. Whatever happened in your appointment, it sure sounds like it was a difficult situation. I hope you'll talk about it with your T. If he was calling you names, that wasn't appropriate....and I hope you can talk about that with him. It's true that our Ts are indeed human - they have a full range of feelings, including frustrated and angry ones, and even make errors at times - but if such things were involved in this situation, hopefully he can explain what was going on for him, and maybe even apologize. Hopefully you can explain how it felt on your side, too, and get a chance to express that to him. Thinking of you - take extra-good care of yourself! Take care, ErinBear
