I just talked with my dad. He was there when T said the things about going to the court. According to him, I might have misinterpreted: the way he interpreted things was that, if I genuinely wanted to do something that's technically legal and can be found ethical or unethical (I prefer not to post what it, exactly, is as it's kind of personal) it might be a good idea to let the court decide whether or not I could do it, as it's not a decision she's qualified to make.
Still not sure why all this wouldn't be necessary if only I followed her treatment plan and still did the 'thing'.

That's what I thought. It had to be misinterpretation. Taking you to court over not sharing something with your parents is just crazy .

Had a family session today (me, my parents, the family T & my T). Upon being asked she explained that she had indeed meant it the way my father had interpreted it.
