I'm not quite sure yet what I'm doing there, since I'm not really in crisis mode at the moment and solved my major issues to my satisfaction during my last time in therapy, but I suppose there's always something to work on. first meeting with new T (again) At least it will be nice to have somebody to talk to in this town, even if I have to pay her to listen.

I liked her a lot and was immediately more comfortable with her than I was with the last winner (NOT) I picked out a few months ago. She's probably not too much older than me and also moved to this dinky little place from a big city, so she can relate to my frustration with adjusting to that.

I treated myself to a frou-frou coffee drink on the way back to work for not canceling the appointment again first meeting with new T (again) and I think it's going to be OK.

Yay! :-)

My T once said that when you are feeling better, that's when the best work can be accomplished.

Good luck, I'm so glad you are feeling good about this T!
