Ex-T said I could email her 3 times, but I haven't. Mon-fri it's so easy to resist bc I'm SO BUSY but on sat and Sunday everything just slows down so much and my feelings resurge and demand to be felt. Been off and on crying today...I wish this day could be over already.

I want to take ambien or Xanax and just sleep til Monday, but I'm not sure how to dose it bc pills are more potent when on a fast, and I don't want to overdose myself.

I just want this day to be over.

How gracious of that incompetent b!tch.

Sorry, but you deserve better. She has always pissed me off the way she treated you.

And enough with the fasting. You do not need that, really, stop it. Please.

3 emails? Like she plans on being helpful. Yeah right. You are smart to be Careful with Meds and no food.

Maybe not a bad idea to use the emails letting her know you haven't been eating? Not sure what she could do though besides make it worth

I can't see any benefit to telling her that.

She'll get angry, that is all. Probably refuse to email with me any more.

So I emailed her two days ago and got no reply. Big surprise there.

Sorry about that. It seems pretty typical of how therapists treat clients. Sadly.
