These words seem so inadequate right now for what you're experiencng, but I'm so very, very sorry for your loss.

Complex-PTSD, MDD with Psychotic Fx, Residual (Borderline) PD Aspects, ADD, GAD with Panic Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa currently in partial remission.

Treatment:

Thanks again for the hugs and posts. They mean a lot to me. I couldn't sleep last night until my daughter and family got back home, a 4 hr. drive from me. It was 4a.m. Now I'm with my other daughter for Rosh Hashana. I see my T on Wednesday. I emailed her that I will need her help and she said something about being glad to accompany me through the ups and downs of grief. She always lists her specialty as "grief" so I'm in good hands. I I still can't believe she came to the funeral and to my house. It will be difficult to get through these holidays without my H.
