How old are you? 43
How long have you been in therapy? A little over 5 years
How often do you go to therapy? Right now approximately once a month, but it can also vary from weekly to fortnightly depending on how I'm doing and what we're working on.
How do you pay for therapy? My Pdoc bulk bills me through Medicare so no out of pocket payment.
Do you have an official "diagnosis"? MDD with Psychotic features, C-PTSD, Anorexia Nervosa (partial remission), Anxiety/Panic Disorder, ADD, some OCD tendencies, residual (borderline) personality disorder aspects.
Do you work? No
Are you married/in a committed relationship? Yes, married/handfasted to my husband of almost 13 years.

Complex-PTSD, MDD with Psychotic Fx, Residual (Borderline) PD Aspects, ADD, GAD with Panic Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa currently in partial remission.

How old are you? Old 52 ahhh....
How long have you been in therapy? 10 years
How often do you go to therapy? Once a week
How do you pay for therapy? Insurance, but this has become much more complicated recently, she started her own practice and I have to pay her in full then try to get reimbursed in part from the insurance company, haven't quite gotten that part to work yet.
Do you have an official "diagnosis"? Yes, depression, anxiety and social phobia
Do you work? Yes, in a very stressful job, a lot more than I should be dealing with but no real other option
Are you married/in a committed relationship? I'm divorced with a girlfriend of over 3 years, she wasn't in any way a reason for my divorce, never cheated on my horrible ex-wife

How long have you been in therapy? Almost half my life, save for a few breaks
How often do you go to therapy? Once a week
How do you pay for therapy? Out of pocket, insurance reimburses me for some of it later
Do you have an official "diagnosis"? MDD & social anxiety disorder
Do you work? I have no idea how I manage it, but yes
Are you married/in a committed relationship? No, I'm a bit of a loner

How long have you been in therapy? 4 years with this T (after a 10-year break from therapy)
How often do you go to therapy? Once a week, 60-90 mins
How do you pay for therapy? Cash (at a heavily discounted rate)
Do you have an official "diagnosis"? PTSD (complex trauma)
Do you work? Part-time
Are you married/in a committed relationship? Divorced, co-parent
