The "process" is not a linear thing to worked at in a logical fashion. It is more like a maze you have to navigate to one of several ends. You wade through the maze in waist-deep treacle in utter darkness. You may ask for help from the T but you may or may not receive it and it may not be practical. When you get to an end it may not be the one expected or the correct one so you have to start all over again.

Yeah, this. I remember telling previous T that I felt like I was wandering, blindfolded, through a maze full of potholes. Fortunately T has been a much better guide for me. And I'm in a much better place now.

It is a voyage of exploration. There is no map, save for the one you draw yourself as you go.

What you all said! Same for me. My process and recovery has been absolutely all over the place too. We keep revisiting things I thought I was done with, enough times now that I'm starting to recognize the way before we get there. The terrain is similar, but I am different each time we re-visit someplace. I like the map analogy, CE. It is definitely a voyage of exploration.
Thanks for this!

It's not the end if you feel it's a wrong end.
