Ordinary People is decent, I am dealing with trauma, so that was not bad.

I really liked that movie. I thought it was pretty accurate in showing teenager "drama."

Ordinary People (1980) - IMDb
I enjoyed this movie as well, though therapy doesn't play a huge role in it.

I have. It wasn't bad, more a thriller crime/mystery than a drama that depicts therapy or characters in a realistic way, but it was entertaining.

A Beautiful Mind was also one of my all time favorites. The original book (same name) by Sylvia Nasar is also worth reading for those interested in John Nash's life, that is more biographical than the movie.

My favorite therapy films are some parts of In Treatment. I watched some episodes many times, especially the ones that get into the mind of the therapist and investigate his struggles.

There was also an old French movie in the 1990's, called The Scream of the Silk in English, that blew my mind at the time. It's about a destructive relationship that develops between a woman with a fetish issue and her psychiatrist, very intense emotionally.
