Ugh... Up with my poor dog who I think has an ear infection. Poor guy is in s lot of pain.. Calling vet as soon as they open this morning. And I think in his hysterics of itching at and shaking his head he hurt his paw. I usually up with in the middle of night not dogs!

I really really wanted french toast for tea, but the bread was mouldy so I went shopping and now I don't feel like making it.

That same thought actually occurred to me while I was staring at the ceiling at 3am, that last part. Ugh. I need to figure out what I am going to do about it.

I hope your headaches quits headaching soon, Artemis.

Remember I was inpatient for a week two weeks ago for intensive EMDR? I spoke EMDR T today and we'll do that another time, probably the first week of February. (She's taking a long holiday first) And we're probably adding doses of D-cycloserine - it's an antibiotic that speeds up trauma treatment.

I am making no more phone calls today. The three call I have made to companies that I have to deal with until I change to another corporation that will make me just as angry - have made me homicidal. I think the people they have answering the phones and making the policies must have to meet a low iq level - like the test for hiring them to work there is the IQ can not be higher than X.

An anti-hug for you then.

Hey, ask her what the maximum IQ for being a therapist is! Higher than 80? Lower than 80?

I think I already did that once. I don't like to repeat myself. She was non-committal.

Poor dog. But glad it is something fixable. I had a floppy eared dog who used to get them - she would be miserable.

I think the nose-pick emoji is funny! The excedrin is working and i will stay at work this afternoon. I am also feeling better because i have made a decision to tell h i want us to talk to a marriage counselor and that thru insurance we can have 5 free sessions.

So i finally started working on the active imagination t assigned using the angel figurine from the sandplay shelves. It started off delightfully funny, i imagined her swimming in a lake and questioning me why i can see her. I love doing actives. Off to continue it while I'm on lunch...

X-pdoc is on the brain again. This happens every so often but it's been 6 months or so since the last time. I guess it'll work out ok since I need to do writing on him for the grief and loss T and I are working on.
We'll see how it goes.

So, I was sitting at my kid's playground at school, I still had my dog with me and he was sitting nicely with me.. T pulls up, to pick up his kids. He rolls down his window, a min later my dog is staring straight at him half barking and growling.. Apparently, my dog isn't a fan of t Couch 104 - The Couch Without A Catchy Title.. Don't worry not t's were harmed!
