My therapist has moved three times, and each time I followed her. It took me a bit to adjust to the new environment. I think acknowledging to yourself that it will be a difficult adjustment but it will be something that you can work through, and in six months or so you will have a new safe place.

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001.
