Repeat pants offender

Confession: I'll wear the same pants several days in a row. I only have 1 or 2 pairs of jeans, I often wear them.

If they're not dirty, don't smell, I don't care what people think. I don't have the time or money to do laundry every day. It's not good for the environment. it's not good for my clothes either.

Thank you, SD. I think so too. Something so insignificant bearing this much annoyance on me must mean there is something larger at play, right? I see my t tomorrow afternoon and I'm already stressing about her pants. If she's wearing the same pants I fear I will scream, rip the pants straight off of her, and then burn them. That ain't normal!

Same here. Only I general give myself no more than 2 days in a row.

It would totes bother me with Ts pant. It's bothering me already, and I live on another continent. I don't know why.

And yes, I do wear underwear more than once. But it has to match. Of course.

I have children I do two loads a day
It's just a thing....

I don't find that strange or unusual - to me that's normal. I have two pairs of jeans, and I wear them until there are holes in them and I have to get a new pair. The important thing is that they are clean and not torn, that's all that matters. (I also have two pairs of nicer trousers for parties and other occasions when I have to dress up.) Clothes shopping is only slightly preferrable to a tooth extraction for me, and I don't buy clothes more than maybe once a year or so. And I still have too many clothes.

I'm not quite sure how I'd go about keeping track of which clothes I have worn when! I'm sure I sometimes wear the same combination of jeans and shirt when I'm teaching. I doubt any of my students are interested enough to notice that though.
