I would so appreciate any thoughts or advice on my T's behavior. Could you please message me if you would like to talk about it with me? Thanks!

There is an online resource devoting to helping clients. You can email them.
Therapyabuse.org I've experienced therapy I found very harmful, but wasn't necessarily in ethical violation. In my opinion, unless therapy is mandated, the client always is at will to leave a therapist's practice. I don't believe a client needs to justify being uncomfortable and is free to leave whether or not a therapist has crossed a clear ethical boundary. That said, here are some links with danger signs. can you vaguely mention it here? You'll get more replies I'm sure. MY T, I think, behaved unethically almost a year ago, and it's been hard for me to get past. For her, it was around touch, and things she'd say to me. As well as answering phone calls/Emails during my session. It was tough, and it STILL is. Good luck to you.
