First t was very concerned for years when i was severly anorexic. At the time i didnt think it was a big deal. Now i look back and think i should have been concerned. It would have saved me a lot of heartache and health issues if i had been concerned back then too.

Gosh I'm sorry to hear all of that. Could've-would've-should'ves SUCK.

But how do you know, without the benefit of hindsight, whether you should be concerned? Take others at their word even when every instinct in you screams that you're FINE and they're WRONG? Doesn't this put one in the rather unenviable position of having to rely on other people to know you better than you know yourself? Does knowledge rest on faith?!

my T has been concerned about me when i wasnt concerned about myself... like when i didnt eat for a week and he pretty much forced me into some eating disorder psych unit. also when someone in the treatment program i was in
Possible trigger:
on the campus he was extremely concerned about me because i was psychotic at the time and heard voices that would constantly
Possible trigger:
. he must have texted me 5 times that day asking me how i was feeling and what i was doing. as my insight has increased into some of my issues i can understand his concern more and even feel concern for myself
