Yes, many times. Sometimes it's because of what we talked about in therapy. Right now T is triggering me at every session. It isn't really something she does. It's because she's leaving me in less than two months. Since she told me I've been a mess for days after we had a session. When I'm outside the office, I get so mad. In my car I'll start crying. At home it gets even worse. It even brings back feelings and thoughts from last year, thoughts that weren't so strong for the past months are now getting stronger again.
Sometime I don't know what's better, therapy or no therapy.

Back when I was first in therapy it could retraumitize me, but that got better as I learned grounding technics and delt with the PTSD and dissociation. Today with the PTSD under control it doesn't happen. It's uplifting and empowering now.
