there is another boook that my T gave me that might be helpful:

it is compiled by the founders of the Hearing Voices network which was founded in the UK but is spreading to the US. not sure about australia.

You might also spend time on the schizophrenia/psychosis forum talking with other people who deal with things very similar to you. You might gain some insight into your own experiences there in talking to others who truly understand what you are going through.

I do reassure them I already do a lot of that stuff but deep down inside I also know they are right and that there is a job to do besides it is not just voices I am hearing and the only ones I hear am the whispering. It is we're just voices I could try and ignore them but it is not just that I can't ignore the demons I can't ignore the others in my head I can't ignore the other stuff I can't explain. If the others in my head tell me something is going to happen it literally does every time it is not just a thought these things actually happen and I can't ignore that.

We have groups here in Australia but I am not sure where I haven't checked out the Aust sites yet.
