Those crossword clues are way too complicated for my brain. I like ones like: what comes from a cow? (4) answer: milk

I don't think it was right of him to contact you, seems selfish to me on his part after what you have shared about him previously. It makes sense it would destabilize you for a little bit. I hope T present will help you be able to become strong in yourself again and be ale to move forward from it.

I love crossword puzzles but I can't seem to do one these days. My brain has rotted from lack of sleep and too much tv. It's almost time to go home, whoopee! And tomorrow is a work-my-butt-off-at-home-day off from work. . .But the yard beckons and the weather is beautiful, so there you have it.

Hugs for my hurting couchies!!

Very good.

The local papers may have them, but the person in this apartment left a book of them behind. Doesn't seem to have been any better at them than I am.

Eta: I'm the daughter of doctors and the granddaughter of semi-legal immigrants.

I want to curl up on my bed but the youngest is still recovering from her middle ear infection and I need to pick up the rest of my groceries that I couldn't be bothered to get yesterday. I hate when you get half way down the 2 nd aisle and think "stuff this, I can live on mushrooms, breakfast cereal and choc chip biscuits for a few days"

I came home from work after another overtime day to find my son and 2 of his friends cooking pancakes and bacon and fans going everywhere and windows open because the house is filled with smoke from burning the bacon. Apparently they had gone to IHOP to get free pancakes after school, but the line was so long they decided to come to my house to cook their own! Well, at least I don't have to cook dinner for myself. I'm having pancakes and bacon with them. But my kitchen's a mess..... small price to pay, I guess!

COOL WHIP.

I'm bored. This is my main feeling, and it feels PATHETIC and so loser-ish. My T says boredom can be dangerous and it is hard to overcome, but i don't believe her. I believe that I am just a BORING person.

And i've reached the end of the internet.

Sorry, but how is being bored and being boring the same thing? Passive vs. active, you know.

Also, I don't think you're boring. And I'm pretty sure at the end of the internet there are unicorns and rainbows and leprechauns and pots of gold.

No pots of gold here, unless you count the change under the couch cushions!
Thanks for this!

So my son helped me clean up the kitchen after his friends left, and then we went to Kohl's because he needed a nice black shirt for an interview on Thursday. I LOVE shopping there, oh the deals!! We bought him 2 shirts, 1 pair of nice pants, 1 pair of sweatpants, a nice shirt for hubby, and a necklace for me, total including the discounts in-store plus my 30% off coupon plus a $5 off coupon, I spent $57.89 and saved $183. Plus got $10 Kohl's Cash to spend next week on something. Go me!!
Thanks for this!

Art, that's a great deal!

I was sleeping quite soundly, the oldest came to wake me and scared the daylights out of me. Appears she has the same sickness that struck the little over the weekend. No matter how old, we always want mom when we're under the weather. In this case, she wanted moms keys and debit card for ginger ale lmao!

Good night Couchies.
