I just thought only horse people would get how serious no poop in 24 hours is for a horse. They usually poop 8-12 times a day!

He can use positive energy from EVERYONE

BB, have you palpated him? Praying for you both. I have taken my horse for a trailer ride to get his guts moving again.
Thanks for this!

Ah. I'm doing mine backwards as I already have the crown, they have to drill a little hole in it and do the root canal through the crown. Then they'll plug it back up somehow. Thank goodness I've stopped freaking out about the whole thing. I'm actually approaching being interested now in how they're going to do this!

That is interesting - I would have thought they would just pop the crown off, do the root canal, and pop it back on. Drilling into actually sounds harder.

I have had a crown removed to be replaced. If the dental cement is dong its job, it is not necessarily an easy thing to do, especially if you don't want to damage the crown.

If I was suddenly not colourblind I could see the colour red but I can't unsee it now I know what it is,) My limited set of feelings mainly happy, sd and angry have served a purpose some where in my life and over the last 10-15 years I have "discovered" they don't serve me so well. So coming to therapy is broadening my repertoire of feelings so I can better interact with the world instead of just sometimes riding roughshod over people s feelings because I didn't know they had any. Apparently this will make my life easier. We will see.
Did that make sense? I am so so tired
Madame T helped me to discover a broader range of feelings.

There are a lot of horse people on pc, as you probably know, and i have picked up a lot of info in the past few years. The equine intestinal tract has been a frequently worrisome topic.

Hi couch, posting here because I'm really struggling with my therapy homework, which is to be neutral and non-punitive to myself, even if I can't be kind.

It's been 4 days and I SH'ed last night and I'm struggling not to SH again.
