Thinking about using squares of chocolate to scoop out the filling on a Twinkie and get those together. The cake stuff is disgusting but I love the filling.
Thanks for this!

Trader Joe item of the week - just tried their mango mochi ice cream things for the first time. Quite odd but strangely compelling.

My older dog, who looks like my avatar on here has a tumor. If it is not operable, she likely has only a couple of years at the most to live. Waiting for a call from the regular vet who is supposed to be setting up the appointment with a specialist.

Seems like plenty of excitement at any rate. Though whether that's a good thing or not is a matter of perspective... Interesting times and all that...

I had scallops for dinner. They were a bit of a let-down honestly.

Intense T-session last Thursday kickstarted a rather intense emotional roller coaster of a week. I need a break that is unfortunately not forthcoming. Might see if I can schedule a massage that-is-absolutely-not-in-my-budget for Saturday...

Sorry to hear about the tumor. I hope it is operable.

The senior cat, before succumbing to a different cancer last fall, had had a tumor several years before and was given 3 months to live. Vet did an aggressive lumpectomy that kept her around for another 4 years. Hope it's operable.

I like twinkie cake. My favorite way to eat twinkies is to eat them frozen. I usually scoop out some of the filling and throw it away or let the dogs lick it - I think there is too much of it.

I never knew Twinkies were a thing. I thought they only existed in Archie and Casper comics. Only in my 20s did i know what they were.

I should get my mam to make pavlova when I go home this summer. I don't think she's made it since I was a kid... Which is the last time I had it. Omnomnom.

Here come the prickly feelings. My T asked me last night how I was going to manage the feelings, as if its something I regularly do. I said I don't know.

I lock mine very tightly in a strongbox with quintuple locks and iron bands and bury the box in an underground vault that's more secure than Fort Knox.

I can't see a downside to that approach at all.
