I realise that most of you are from the USA, whilst I live in England, and that our systems are very different, but I am genuinely interested in your opinions. This is the British law on the provision of therapy in abuse cases
The CPS : Provision of therapy for vulnerable or intimidated adult witnesses prior to a criminal trial - Practice guidance
What are your views and how does this compare with your processes?
I am working on a project in forensic mental health and started reading, and got interested in how the law differs in other English speaking countries.
