I saw my psychologist today he said he wants me to be at this program thing for a while he said he wants to see me again soon he asked about the hospital and some other stuff I am tired and I self harmed a lot today he knew about that too but I don't know I am not sure what to do I don't know if I should talk to him about how the comments my psychiatrist said made me feel. But then the others are not sure I can trust him they think maybe he would use the information against me.
