Do therapists care about clients equally?

I'm pretty sure I'm one of T's favorite clients if not the favorite: I started working with her at a community health center and was one of the 3 clients to follow her into private practice 4 years ago. I believe I'm currently the client she has been working the longest with. She has made numerous statements how she loved my ethics, how proud she is of me and telling me how I am her success story.

She's also set me up to be her husband's secretary, and asks me to look after her horses when she's away.

Yes this is becoming a dangerous dual relationship, but we talk about it and will make it work. I'm sure she wouldn't do it if she didn't truly believe I can handle it.
