today was a very weird session...we just talked on surface about some things..which were not even issues...were not a big deal..it was like he was killing time...then i connected it to something that was bothering me..and was very important..and he was just like okay...hmm...try this ...try that..hmm..okay yes i can ..but guess what..i dont even want to try ... that is the problem..i am not at all motivated to do this. if i was..i can find 100 ways to do things.
again he was just weird today...
maybe an off day for him?

im tired .all this anxiety is killing me.my son is staying here and it is breaking my heart .he is smoking way more pot then i have ever known and none of his friends are coming to see him or take him out .he is hurt .i am feeling all this with no filter it is exhausting at best . i feel guilty that i dont want him here because i am probably making more problems then not and i am so selfish i cant stand the stree, i am faced with my failure as a parent every day he is here day in and day out . it hurts

im so angry stressed and feeling horrible and i know ill go to therapy tomorrow and she will want to talk about all that is going on with her seeing me privately or not .it changes every session . i just check out now when she wants to talk about it .i let her talk and at the end of session i ask if she is going to be there next week she says yes and i show up at the clinic the next session . therapy has just been so unproductive with her trying to fix her major cluster F . in fact i dont even care any more im so over it and have so much more to deal with other then her . she is my T thats it it isnt the end of the world . she is making herself way more important then she is to me . with all this going on i have completely shut down with trusting her on any kind of connected level. but that doesnt mean i want to work on this at all . i dont care . i just want some meds to help me feel better and move on

Granite - you could tell her you had something else to talk about if she wants to talk about the clinic versus private practice - just tell her you have something more pressing at the moment that you want to discuss.

i told her las week when she opend with i think we need to clarify some things and started with the clinic .i told her that i didnt want to talk about it and that it would be best to let it go and move on . she talked on and i was eventually able to move past it and talk some about my anxiety . i know i would never do this but im imagining telling her that if she wants to talk about this again she is not charging for the session .and that it seems to be a problem for her and that as i understand she has a huge amount of conflict around cutting her hours if it ends up i can no longer see me then that is it . it seems she changed everything when i told her i couldnt afford to pay out of pocket . she must have thought i was rich or something . i may live comfortably but that doesnt mean my husband will allow me to spent 100 a week on T when i can go to someone who chooses to take insurance .

I would not consider that especially cute - I am not convinced it is fun for all and all I can see is an annoying kitten with an annoying breed of dog. But that is why they make more than one breed of dog and why kittens are fairly hardy.
And I think I would have a tendency to just go get the kitten off of the dog rather than go get something to film it with.

You could just do some rolling stops at stop signs. My H got pulled over for that the other day (but got off with a warning), when there were clearly no other cars remotely near the intersection.
