The dingo could've got that baby!

I found a kid at the county park beach one time, i just took him to the beach canteen, his mom was there frantic. I felt weird picking him up. I like explained to everybody around me "is this anybodys kid? Im gonna take him to the lifeguard station" but pretty much everybody just ignored us.

Still can't think of anything bad about my Grandma. Maybe I should stop consciously trying to think of things.

That is more insect than I ever hope to meet! I had a Cicada killer get in the house once and it scared the living daylights out of me.

T got back from vacation and we met today. I am hoping that my anxiety will drop a little now.

Omg Texas has monstrous cicadas why did no one warn me. And the heat makes them louder than a lawnmower. (First world problems. Cicadas wake me up)

They can be frozen solid and still come back to kill again.

I don't want to freak you out, but I lived in Texas for 3 years (Austin) and every time it got hot and humid, massive cockroaches would appear in my house (despite the biweekly cleaning service). Ugh ugh ugh. I learned how to squash bugs without pity or squeals of "ew! Ew! Ew!" there.

Do go down to Austin if you can. It's an interesting city. SXSW in the spring and Austin City Limits in the fall are good excuses to make the trip.
Thanks for this!

Just imagining your supportive interpretive dance cheers me up!

Maybe we should have a Couch conga line. Or put on a Busby Berkeley musical.

Thanks for this!

I'd have to be drunk to join the conga line. Alas, I gave up drinking. I'll be cheering from the sidelines, though!

A conga line has got to be foolproof for not putting eyes out, right?

We can do crocus' sand dance from the other day. That was literally supportive. Did you see it? You. Will. Die. In a good way, of course.

Im not surprised the sand dance was from the 1930's, same as the busby berkeley musicals. They had that same... uh... feel.
